Lucy DaRita Bio

Ms. DaRita is an accomplished compliance professional with over two decades of experience in the financial securities industry working with broker dealers and investment advisors. She joined MTS as Chief Compliance Officer in May 2011. Her experience includes a unique combination of compliance and operation specialties including supervisory and operational procedure development and the interpretation and implementation of SRO and SEC rules and regulations. Ms. DaRita graduated with a BS in Business Management from The New York Institute of Technology and earned the Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (“CRCP”) designation from the FINRA Institute at Wharton.
