Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Benton was a member of the Corporate Development & Innovation Group at Independence Blue Cross, where he worked on various mergers, acquisitions and healthcare venture investments. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University; a MEngr in Health Systems Engineering from Lehigh University; and a MBA from the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
