Bio

Mr. Boyett joined MTS in late 2019 as Managing Director where he focuses his efforts covering companies in the managed care, post-acute, physician services, and HCIT sectors. He spent the prior two years as an independent strategic and financial advisor to companies and investors in these same sectors, including strategic and financial buyouts and early/growth stage private placements. From 2008 through 2017, Mr. Boyett served in a variety of Corporate Development and Finance leadership roles at Humana Inc. where he led many of the company’s most critical transactions and strategic initiatives in expanding its Medicare Advantage and Healthcare Services businesses. He has executed over $5B of transactions, including a variety of complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Mr. Boyett currently serves on the Board of Overseers for the Kentucky YMCA Youth Association which administers the nation’s largest youth in government programs and of which he is a childhood alumnus. Mr. Boyett received an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BS with honors from New York University.
