Aaron has worked in M&A since 2000 and leads the firm’s Postmerger Integration Services group. He works on transactions with leading private equity firms and companies ranging from closely held businesses to multi-billion dollar corporations. Aaron collaborates closely with private equity and strategic buyers to set integration strategy by identifying competitive capabilities and a unique value proposition that maximizes deal value. He has experience with over 65 complex business combinations including mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Aaron works across a range of industries: agribusiness, chemical, consumer and industrial, manufacturing, high-technology, and life sciences. His hands-on approach focuses on the critical functions that drive 90% of deal value: human resources, information technology, finance and accounting, supply chain, and go to market.
