Bio

Mr. Alexander has spent more than 20 years advising both private and public companies in the U.S. and Europe. He has significant capital markets experience in both the public and private markets. He has an extensive background in advising on complex M&A situations, as well as structuring tax efficient transactions. He has worked in London, New York and San Francisco. Prior to founding Moorgate Mr. Alexander was a Managing Director at both JP Morgan and Wells Fargo. Mr. Alexander sits on the board of ITC Service Group. Mr. Alexander received a B.S. degree in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.
