Mr. Ghoreichi leads the Firm’s sports sector initiatives with over 25 years of experience in helping individuals, family offices, alternative investment firms, private equity firms and professional teams within the global sports industry. His expertise includes facilitating the sale and acquisition of teams in various leagues worldwide. Additionally, Mr. Ghoreichi possesses extensive knowledge in stadium financing and has provided valuable insights in areas such as valuation, revenue maximization, strategic planning, governance, investment decisions, as well as commercial, regulatory, organizational, and structural matters. Prior to joining Montminy & Co., Mr. Ghoreichi founded and served as the Managing Director of Globus Sports Advisors LLC, where he catered to professional soccer clubs, institutional and high-net-worth investors, and commercial partners. Mr. Ghoreichi holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School.
