Jeffrey Williams Bio

Mr. Williams is a Managing Director of Monroe Capital and is the Head of Underwriting for Capital Markets transactions. He is responsible for evaluating and executing buy side transactions, as well as managing the underwriting team. Mr. Williams has over 25 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Monroe in 2010, he was a Consultant with L.E.K. Consulting, where he performed due diligence to support private equity transactions and led strategic projects for middle market and Fortune 500 clients across a broad base of industries. Mr. Williams was also an Investment Banking Associate with Lehman Brothers, and held positions with NYSE Euronext and JPMorgan Chase, where he worked closely with investors and traders in the equity and fixed income markets. Mr. Williams earned his M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
