Rob is a founding partner of Momentum and has advised on corporate finance transactions for over 25 years, including company sales, management buyouts and acquisitions. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in 1995 and works with clients across the UK, with a high proportion of transactions involving foreign counterparties or private equity.
