Justin Lundberg Bio

Justin was an associate at the Boston firm of Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault, and the Manhattan firm of Proskauer Rose, LLP. Justin also owns several businesses and eventually left practicing law full time in order to pursue entrepreneurial interests. As a business owner, he has successfully bought and sold companies in diverse industries at different stages of growth and development, consistently adding value to their bottom lines. Justin has been a director on Boards of publicly traded companies and private companies, in both the Fitness and Cannabis space, successfully guiding them through liquidity and acquisition events. Justin holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law, and a M.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
