Tarik Rguem is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on M&A transactions for both consumer & retail and financial sponsor clients. Tarik has over 20 years of investment banking experience providing the full range of strategic and capital advisory services. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Tarik was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group, and prior to his investment banking career he was a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. Tarik graduated magna cum laude with a BCom (Honors) in Finance from the University of Ottawa and holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he is a member of the Anderson Honor Society.
