Swati Rao is Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she specializes in advising clients in the healthcare sector. Swati has almost 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience with extensive expertise advising on domestic and cross-border M&A as well as capital markets healthcare transactions across the biotechnology, specialty pharma and generics sectors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Swati was on the European corporate finance team at GE Capital and the European M&A team at Lehman Brothers. Swati holds a B.C. with joint Honors in Economics and Finance from McGill University.
