Stuart Goldstein Bio

Stu Goldstein is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients across the technology sector. Stu has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has provided strategic advisory services to technology companies on the full spectrum of corporate finance matters, with an emphasis on M&A transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Stu held several senior level positions at Citigroup including Head of West Coast Technology Investment Banking and Managing Director in the M&A Group. Before his investment banking career, Stu was a law clerk for the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Stu holds a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Harvard University School of Law
