Sara Coyle Bio

Sara Coyle is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she specializes in advising clients in the Paper & Packaging and Distribution sectors. She has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, with expertise in advising public and private companies spanning a broad spectrum of industries, including Paper & Packaging, Distribution, Chemical, Building Products and Aerospace & Defense. Sara has originated and executed a broad range of mandates throughout the corporate lifecycle and across disciplines including M&A, equity and debt financing, and restructuring. Prior to joining Moelis, Sara was a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Paper & Packaging at Rothschild & Co. Before that, she was a Managing Director in the Global Industrials Group at UBS, and previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citi. Sara graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. She serves as a Director on the Boards of Wildpack Beverage and Tennis Esports.
