Roger Knight Bio

Roger Knight is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the enterprise software sector. Roger has nearly 20 years of experience in the technology industry advising infrastructure software and security clients on M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Roger was a Senior Managing Director at SVB Securities. He was previously a founding member of Pacific Crest Securities’ M&A group leading up to and through Pacific Crest’s acquisition by KeyBanc Capital Markets. Before this, he held investment banking roles at Deutsche Bank, Oppenheimer and WR Hambrecht. Roger holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He serves as a trustee of Regis High School.
