Perry Hall Bio

Perry Hall is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on advising clients in the retail sector. Perry has over 25 years of investment banking experience and has advised on an extensive variety of strategic transactions, including M&A and capital markets solutions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Perry was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Retail and Consumer Group. He has also held roles at Salomon Smith Barney and First of Michigan. He holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
