Paul Rathborne Bio

Paul is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) where he is Head of Corporate Finance and focuses on capital solutions and mergers & acquisitions across a broad range of industries. Paul has been with MA Moelis Australia since it was established and has over 17 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, he was previously at J.P. Morgan in their real estate M&A team. Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of New South Wales.
