Paul Greenfield is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the chemicals and materials sector. He has over 15 years of investment banking experience, having advised on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including M&A, debt and equity financings, restructurings and leveraged buyouts. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Paul worked in the Financial Institutions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Paul graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
