Olena Sokolowska is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she specializes in advising clients in the fintech, data and information services sectors. She has extensive investment banking experience, with expertise advising clients across Financial and TMT sectors on corporate finance matters, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, capital raises and other equity and debt structures. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Olena was an Associate at Quayle Munro, now part of Houlihan Lokey’s Data and Analytics M&A group. Olena holds a B.S. in Economics and International Development from the University of Bath.
