Nathan Laverriere Bio

Nathan Laverriere is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where advises clients in the technology sector, with a focus on learning and public sector technology. He has over 15 years of investment banking experience, having built extensive relationships across the technology sector and with financial sponsors, with proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Nathan was a Senior Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities. He was previously a Managing Director at UBS focused on advising technology companies. Prior that that, he worked at a technology start-up and was in the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions group at Jefferies. Nathan holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
