Nadim Laiwala Bio

Nadim Laiwala is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising clients in the hardware technology sector. Nadim has extensive investment banking experience advising communications technology, electronics and deep technology clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions, capital advisory transactions and a variety of other corporate finance matters. Nadim previously held various roles at Qatalyst Partners and Houlihan Lokey and was a software engineer before launching his technology investment banking career. Nadim holds dual B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the College of Engineering and in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
