Mike McKeever Bio

Mike McKeever is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising private equity clients. He has extensive investment banking experience, having advised private equity clients, family offices and sovereign wealth funds on a variety of corporate finance matters, including M&A, capital markets and hedging & derivatives transactions across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mike worked at Morgan Stanley in the Global Financial Sponsors Group in the Investment Banking division and in Private Credit Solutions within Global Capital Markets. Before that, he was a Finance & Performance Management consultant at Accenture. Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia in addition to earning a CFA charter.
