Marcus Lollie is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he provides strategic advice to clients in the media and entertainment sector with a focus on sports transactions. He has nearly 30 years of investment banking experience with expertise across a broad range of mandates. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Marcus was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at the Canon Media Group, an operationally focused investment firm, where he developed and oversaw the media, tech, and entertainment practice. He previously was a Managing Director in the Private Fund Group (PFG) at Credit Suisse where he provided capital solutions to private equity and other alternative asset managers. Prior to PFG, he was a member of the Leveraged Finance and M&A Business Development Group at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), responsible for advising private equity firms on sourcing transactions, financing acquisitions, and divesting portfolio companies. Marcus holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University, where he was a member of the university’s Division 1 Men’s Basketball team.
