Ken Viellieu is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising publicly-held and private companies in the retail and consumer, industrial and transportation, real estate and leisure, financial and business services and healthcare sectors. Ken has been in the investment banking industry for over 30 years, with significant experience in a broad range of corporate finance matters including divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and recapitalization transactions, public and private equity offerings and corporate restructurings. Prior to Moelis & Company, Ken was Senior Managing Director and Head of Midwest Investment Banking at Bear Stearns and previously as a Managing Director and Head of the Chicago Office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
