Grant Kassel is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the cannabis sector. Grant has originated and executed a broad range of corporate finance transactions including M&A, recapitalizations and other debt and equity transactions across a variety of sectors in the U.S., Middle East and U.K. Since joining Moelis & Company, he has worked in the Firm’s New York, London and Boston offices. Grant holds a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Boston University.
