Frank Sellman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising companies in the building products and industrial distribution sectors. Frank has over 30 years of investment banking experience with extensive expertise on a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, financial restructurings, public and private equity and debt financings. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Frank was a Managing Director in the Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group at Bear Stearns. Before that, he worked at Houlihan Lokey and began his career at the Bank of Boston. Frank holds a B.A. in History from Boston University.
