Evan Green Bio

Evan Green is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Capital Markets Advisory and leads the Firm’s West Coast Capital Markets efforts. He has over 15 years of investment banking and capital markets experience, with expertise in originating, structuring and executing PIPE and other financings transactions for clients across a broad range of industries. Prior to Moelis & Company, Evan was Managing Director and Head of Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he was instrumental in establishing the firm’s PIPE business. Before that, he held investment banking and private capital markets roles at Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Evan graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Business from Westmont College.
