Dan Zweben is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises a broad spectrum of clients in the media, entertainment, sports and gaming industries. Dan has extensive investment banking and corporate law experience and has completed a number of high profile mandates advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises and restructurings and recapitalizations. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Dan held roles at Lazard and UBS Investment Bank. He began his career as an M&A lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher and Flom in New York City. Dan holds a B.S.M. in Finance and Economics from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
