Craig Kolwicz Bio

Craig Kolwicz is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in M&A advisory. He has extensive investment banking experience, with expertise in structuring and executing a full spectrum of public and private M&A transactions, including sell-side, merger, buy-side and special committee assignment mandates across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Craig was an investment banker at UBS, where he executed M&A and capital markets transactions. Craig holds a B.S.M. in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
