Chris Montgomery Bio

Christopher Montgomery is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the technology sector with a focus on enterprise software. Chris has over 15 years of investment banking experience and has advised application, infrastructure and communications software clients on M&A, debt financing and equity capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Chris was a Senior Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities and previously a Managing Director at UBS. Prior to that, Chris worked at Jefferies Broadview in New York and Silicon Valley. He started his career at Intel Corporation. Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
