Carl Torrillo Bio

Carl Torrillo is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the industrials sector. Carl has advised a wide range of industrial companies across the capital goods, diversified manufacturing, and fire, safety and security sectors, on a variety of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raises, restructurings, recapitalizations and leveraged buyouts. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Carl held roles at Nomura in the Industrials Investment Banking Group and at Citi in the Global Industrials Group. He also co-founded and served as CFO of ACE Portal, which provided transaction management and marketing tools in support of private capital formation. Carl holds a B.S. from Cornell University.
