Bob Casey Bio

Bob Casey is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides financial and strategic advice to clients in the enterprise software sector. In his nearly 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Bob has built extensive relationships with industry leaders and financial sponsors. He has advised on a broad range of mandates including M&A, debt financing and equity capital markets transactions across the application and infrastructure software sectors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bob was a Senior Managing Director at SVB Securities. He previously held leadership roles as Co-Head of Software Investment Banking at UBS and Head of Software Investment Banking at Suntrust Robinson Humphrey. Bob also held roles in technology and software investment banking at Sagent Advisors, Wachovia Securities and Broadview International. He began his career as a strategy consultant advising telecommunications clients at Dean & Company. Bob holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
