Bert Grisel Bio

Bert Grisel is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients on restructurings, M&A and debt and equity financings. Bert has over 25 years of investment banking experience and has been involved in some of the largest and complex restructuring transactions in Asia. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bert was interim CFO of a NASDAQ-listed company. He was previously at ABN AMRO where his leadership roles included Head of Industrials and Real Estate in Asia in addition to various others roles in Europe and Latin America. Bert holds a M.Sc. Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
