Barak Klein Bio

Barak Klein is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory. Barak has over 25 years of investment banking and asset management experience, advising clients on distressed M&A and debt financing transactions, liability management and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Barak was a member of the CR Intrinsic-General Distressed Group, investing in work-out and special situations at SAC Capital Advisors. He has also held senior level roles in Asset Management and in Restructuring & Recapitalization at Jefferies. He began his career at in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey. Barak holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
