Xiuping Zhang is a Managing Director and Head of China at Moelis & Company. With over 25 years of investment banking experience, Xiuping specializes in advising Asian, European and US clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of sectors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Xiuping was a Managing Director and Head of Asia M&A at Merrill Lynch. Previously, she was a Managing Director and Head of China M&A at Deutsche Bank. She started her investment banking career at J.P. Morgan in New York. Xiuping holds a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an M.B.A. from Rollins College.
