Weihan Lee is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on advising corporate and financial sponsor clients across the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Lee has extensive experience executing a wide variety of corporate finance transactions in Asia, including mergers and acquisitions, private financing and equity capital markets deals, across all industries. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Lee worked at Goldman Sachs on the Technology Media Telecom investment banking team, covering Asia ex-Japan. He also previously held roles at ABN AMRO and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Lee holds a M.A. in Law from Cambridge University, an M.Sc. in Management and Strategy from the London School of Economics, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
