Tarik Rguem is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising clients in the financial sponsors, consumer, retail and restaurants sectors. Mr. Rguem has over 13 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Rguem was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group. Mr. Rguem was also previously an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, and prior to his investment banking career was a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Rguem graduated magna cum laude with a B.Comm (Honors) in Finance from the University of Ottawa and holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he is a member of the Anderson Honor Society.
