Swati Rao is Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she specializes in advising clients in the healthcare sector. Ms. Rao has over 14 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. She has extensive expertise advising on domestic and cross-border M&A as well as capital markets healthcare transactions, namely across the biotechnology, specialty pharma and generics sectors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ms. Rao was on the European corporate finance team at GE Capital and the European M&A team at Lehman Brothers. Ms. Rao holds a B.C. with joint Honors in Economics and Finance from McGill University.
