Simon Scott is a Managing Director and Head of Equities Research at Moelis & Company. Mr. Scott began his career in Equities Research nearly 20 years ago, and has held positions as an Executive Director and Head of Real Estate Research at Goldman Sachs JB Were and a Director and Co-Head of Real Estate Research at Citigroup. Prior to Moelis & Company, Mr. Scott operated his own company where he provided advisory services to real estate companies and helped establish CorVal Partners, a boutique real estate funds management business. Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
