Roger Hoit is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Hoit has over 25 years of investment banking experience, most recently as a Managing Director in the Global Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, he built a leading franchise advising financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on strategic transactions and investment opportunities. In this role, he originated and executed the full spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings and derivative transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2000, Mr. Hoit was a Managing Director at SG Cowen, a division of Société Générale, and previously a Managing Director and Partner at Gleacher & Co. Mr. Hoit began his career at PaineWebber Incorporated. Mr. Hoit holds a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
