Ramy Ibrahim is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising clients in the gaming, real estate, hospitality and leisure industries. Ramy has over 20 years of investment banking and entrepreneurship experience. He joined Moelis & Company at its inception and has since worked in the Firm’s New York, Dubai and London offices. Ramy has advised clients in the U.K., Europe, Middle East, and US on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, and corporate and sovereign restructurings and recapitalizations. Ramy holds a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and International Studies from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and an M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, where he received the honorable M.A. Wright Award.
