Rami Touma is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Touma has 15 years of investment banking experience in the MENA region. He was most recently Head of Investment Banking Department at Credit Suisse in Qatar where he led the origination and execution of several complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions and several multibillion dollar capital markets transactions. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Touma was a Senior Vice President at The National Investor (TNI) where he led the origination and execution of several ground breaking initial public offerings in the UAE. Mr. Touma holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the Lebanese American University and an M.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Touma is a CPA from the State of Illinois and is a CFA charter holder.
