Paul Rathborne is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients on M&A, restructuring and equity/debt capital markets transactions across a variety of industries. Mr. Rathborne has over 10 years of investment banking experience and, prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2009, was at JP Morgan in the real estate investment banking division. Mr. Rathborne holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of New South Wales.
