Patrick Fouhy is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on providing financial and strategic advice to clients in the software sector. Mr. Fouhy has more than 12 years of experience advising software companies on a broad spectrum of corporate finance matters including M&A, capital structure, joint ventures, debt and equity financings and private placements. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Fouhy was a senior member of the software M&A team at Lazard Frères & Co. He began his career at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Fouhy graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Management Science from Boston College.
