Patrick Dunleavy is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on Private Funds Advisory. He joined the Firm to help launch the Private Funds Advisory group with extensive experience advising institutional investors and providing capital raising services to financial sponsor clients. Previously, Mr. Dunleavy was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Greenhill’s Private and Real Estate Capital Advisory group. Prior to that, he worked as a Managing Director in the Private Fund Advisory group at Lehman Brothers and Lazard. He has more than 11 additional years of private equity experience holding various positions at Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney and Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Mr. Dunleavy began his career as an M&A attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Mr. Dunleavy holds a B.A. from Fordham College and a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.
