Bio

Matthew Prest is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Europe at Moelis & Company. Mr. Prest was most recently Managing Director at Close Brothers in London. He has advised clients across a broad range of industries on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and other capital structure matters. Mr. Prest joined Close Brothers from M&G Investment Management Limited where he was a Director in the Fixed Income team. Prior to that, he spent eight years at KPMG in London which included significant assignments in both Asia and the Middle East as well as Europe. Mr. Prest holds a B.A. in History from the University of Warwick.
