Bio

Mark Laoun is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising private equity clients. Mr. Laoun has over 17 years of investment banking and asset management experience and has advised private equity clients on a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and restructuring transactions across multiple industry verticals. Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2009, Mr. Laoun worked at Morgan Stanley in the Global Financial Sponsors Group and previously worked at Lehman Brothers in the Global Industrials Group. Mr. Laoun holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
