Mark Aedy is a Managing Director and Head of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Investment Banking at Moelis & Company. Mr. Aedy has over 35 years of investment banking experience, building and managing investment banking franchises and advising clients on a range of strategic merger, acquisition and capital markets transactions. Previously, Mark served as Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and was a member of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Executive Committee. He also held several senior management positions at Merrill Lynch, including Head of Investment Banking, Europe, Middle East and Africa; Head of Metals & Mining; and Head of General Industrials. Before joining Merrill Lynch in 2000, Mark was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust. Mr. Aedy holds a B.A. (Honours) from Durham University. He is the Senior Independent Director of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and is a Trustee of the Halo Trust.
