Mads Jessen is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients across the healthcare sector. Within the healthcare sector, he focuses on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology and life sciences tools companies. Mr. Jessen has nearly 14 years of investment banking experience, advising clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and capital raising solutions, as well as advising boards of directors and special committees. Mr. Jessen began his investment banking career at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Jessen holds a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
