Jay Finney is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A advisory. Mr. Finney has extensive experience working with domestic and multinational companies on a broad range of complex M&A transactions. Previously, Mr. Finney was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in the M&A Group. In that role, he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing a full spectrum of public and private M&A transactions across a variety of industries, with a focus on industrial companies, and related coverage of corporate clients as well as private equity firms. Mr. Finney was also a member of the Investment Banking Advisory Committee at Credit Suisse. Mr. Finney holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
