David Faris is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Faris was most recently a Managing Director in the Chemicals Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse. During his tenure at Credit Suisse, Mr. Faris advised on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, restructurings and leveraged buyouts. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Faris was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he provided a broad range of investment banking services to chemical and other general industrial companies and also worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. Faris holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
